Centennial, Arapahoe County — Colorado.
Centennial is 1970s to 90s housing that has settled in and is now being updated. Two jobs come up again and again: heavy original ceiling texture that owners want scraped and redone, and basements finished in the 80s or 90s that are being taken back out and done again to a current standard.
Both are texture jobs as much as drywall jobs, because the new work has to sit against what is already in the rest of the house.

The settlement pattern here is the standard Front Range one — cracks over door and window corners that come back if they are filled rather than re-taped. On housing of this age most of them have been filled at least once already, so the first job is usually removing whatever was done before.
These are quiet residential streets, and people are usually living in the house while the work happens. Dust control and putting the room back at the end of each day are part of the job rather than a courtesy.
Neighbourhoods we work in: Willow Creek, Foxridge, Smoky Hill, Piney Creek, Southglenn.
